We are currently building two smart eco homes in County Wexford.
The homes we build are called passive homes because they generate and use their own power. Not only will you live without any bills for gas, electricity or oil for the rest of your life but you could potentially generate money by selling the excess energy you create.
Living in a self-sufficient, zero carbon emissions home doesn't mean you have to forego comfort. In fact smart eco homes are warm and filled with healthy fresh air because they are ventilated using a heat recovery system.
